1. Methods:3 cases received non operation therapy, 22 cases received surgical treatment (5 cases underwent suprapublic cystostomy ).

2. All 7 patients underwent repair of bladder. Of which 5 cases underwent cystostomy and other 2 cases indwelling catheter.

3. Objective To probe into the influence of out-hospital nursing education on knowledge of urology stoma in patients after cystostomy.

4. There were 5 cases of partial urethral disruption, 4 being managed by immediate suprapubic cystostomy and 1 by urethral catheterization.
